Exports From Antalya Increase To $222.3 Million

ANTALYA - Exports from southern Antalya province increased by 39 percent to 222 million 371 thousand 694 U.S. dollars in 2003 when compared to the previous year.
Antalya Exporters' Association said on Thursday that Antalya exported fresh fruits and vegetables, flowers, textiles and ready-to-wear clothings, leather, carpets and animal products to several countries.
Antalya obtained an income of 123 million 170 thousand 356 U.S. dollars from exports of fruits and vegetables to EU countries in 2003.
