Turkey Obtains An Income Of $413 Million Through Exports Of Hazelnut

TRABZON - Turkey obtained an income of 413 million U.S. dollars through hazelnut export on the 19th week of the export season.
According to figures of Black Sea Hazelnut and Products Exporters' Association, Turkey gained 413 million 607 thousand 98 U.S. dollars by exporting 114 thousand 528 tones of hazelnut in the 19th week of 2003-2004 season that started on September 1.
In the same period of the previous season, Turkey had exported 153 thousand 726 tones of hazelnut and obtained an income of 345 million 607 thousand 98 U.S. dollars.
