Skal International President Papathanassi: Turkish Tourism Sector Is Very Professional

ANTALYA - Skal International President Litsa Papathanassi has indicated that Turkish people are very hospitable and Turkish tourism sector is really professional.
In an exclusive interview with the A.A, Papathanassi, who is currently in Turkish popular resort city of Antalya to watch preparatory works for the 68th Skal World Congress on November 4th-9th, said that Turkey has become the rising star of the world tourism recently.
She said that more than a thousand people from 70 countries would come to Antalya to attend the 68th Skal World Congress in November.
"Their satisfaction will boost Turkish tourism sector since they will promote Turkey in their countries," she added.
The Skal International (International Association of Travel and Tourism Professionals) was founded in 1934.
It is a professional organization of tourism leaders around the world, promoting global tourism and friendship. It is the only international group uniting all branches of the travel and tourism industry.
The Skal International has approximately 23 thousand members in 500 Clubs throughout 87 nations.
