BERLIN - Several Turkish productions broadcast on German TV channels, were presented with Germany`s most important TV award, the "Grimme Award".
While director Zuli Aladag was awarded with his movie "Anger" (Wut) broadcast on German ARD TV, scenarist Max Eipp, as well as actors Oktay Ozdemir and August Zirner of the same movie were also presented with "Grimme awards".
Moreover, another Turkish production "My Crazy Turkish Wedding" (Meine Verrückte Türkische Hochzeit) which was broadcast on Pro-7, received the "Grimme Award".
A TV series of ARD TV "Turkish for Beginners" (Türkisch für Anfaenger) and its screenplay writer Bora Dagtekin grabbed the award as well.
Grimme Award, accepted as the most prestigious TV award of Germany, will be presented to the winners at a ceremony to be held in German city of Marl on March 30th.
