ISTANBUL - ``Address based I.D registry system will be completed in June 30th 2007``, said State Minister Besir Atalay.
Speaking at the inaugural session of the 10th Research Summit, Atalay said there was an ongoing census in Turkey and studies to determine address and I.D. registry info of citizens were underway.
Noting that there were many measures and targets included both in the government program and the emergency plan of action relating the E-state implementation, Atalay said, "We discussed the `General E-State` at the Council of Ministers meeting yesterday, and it will begin in April``.
Stating that the most extensive part of the E-State implementation was the address based I.D registry system, Atalay said this was a new registry system that would store up to date info on address and population changes.
