ANKARA - Embassy of Israel in Ankara denied the allegations which stated that Israel issued warnings against travelling to Turkey and asked its citizens --currently in Turkey-- to return to their homelands.
Releasing a written statement upon news reports published in the Turkish media last Friday, the embassy declared that such news did not reflect the reality.
"With reference to an inaccurate news report in the Turkish media on March 9th, the embassy of Israel wished to point out that there has been no warning issued in Israel on travel to Turkey, and neither have Israeli citizens in Turkey been asked to return," the statement indicated.
