ANKARA - An IMF delegation headed by IMF's Turkey Desk Chief Reza Moghadam will come to Turkey on January 12 to start talks on the seventh review of economic program.
Releasing a statement on Thursday, Treasury Undersecretariat said that the IMF delegation would start holding meetings in Istanbul and continue talks in Ankara as of January 14.
Talks would be held in two phases. The first phase will be between January 12-21 and the second phase will be held in February, sources said.
In these talks, economy officials and IMF delegation would review 2003 year implementation results, plan review process of economic program in 2004 and determine details of the program's public finance and structural reform elements.
