Treasury Authorizes Citigroup And U.B.S. Investment Bank

ANKARA - Treasury Undersecretariat authorized Citigroup and UBS Investment Bank to lead an issue of 30-year maturity treasury-bill denominated in U.S. dollar.
Releasing a statement on Tuesday, the Treasury Undersecretariat said that it had authorized Citigroup and UBS Investment Bank as co-leading banks under the 2004 year foreign borrowing program.
