Production Of Coal Decreases

ZONGULDAK - Production of coal in mines belonged to the Turkish Coal Authority (TTK) decreased by 233 thousand 553 tons in 2003.
Releasing a statement on Sunday, the Directorate General of TTK said that production of coal decreased 233 thousand 553 tons from 2 million 242 thousand 235 tons in 2002 to 2 million 8 thousand 682 tons in 2003.
The statement noted that their production target for the year 2004 was 2 million tons.
