Council Of Ministers Ratify Agreements With Some Countries

ANKARA - The Council of Ministers ratified agreements with some countries.
The sixth Joint Economic Commission (JEC) meeting protocol between Turkey and Syria, agreement on energy with the United States, agreement on social security with the Netherlands, agreement on transportation with Belarussian Republic and agreement on strengthening employment project in agriculture between United Nations Development Program and the State Institute of Statistics (DIE) were issued in the Official Gazette on Sunday.
In accordance with the sixth Joint Economic Commission (JEC) meeting protocol between Turkey and Syria, the two countries will make cooperation in banking sector, transportation, agriculture, tourism and health sectors.
Energy and Natural Resources Ministry and U.S. Department of Energy will make cooperation in productive and high energy technology, energy productivity, energy systems, energy information and basic energy researches in accordance with the agreement with the United States.
