TEHRAN - State Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Mehmet Ali Sahin and some ministers who visited Bam city of Iran which was jolted by a devastating quake last week, departed from Iran on Saturday.
State Minister Kursad Tuzmen, Health Minister Recep Akdag, Public Works and Housing Minister Zeki Ergezen and Inter-parliamentary Friendship Group Chairman Ahmet Inal departed from Bam at 16.15 local time.
Another visit of Turkish officials which was earlier scheduled to be paid to Iranian capital Tehran was cancelled due to bad weather conditions.
The delegation determined needs of Iran in the wake of the quake in Bam and conveyed Turkey's quick recovery wishes on behalf of the government.
