S.H.P. Leader Karayalcin Welcomes Decision Of Y.S.K.

ANKARA - Social Democrat People's Party (SHP) leader Murat Karayalcin has welcomed decision of the Higher Electoral Board (YSK).
Releasing a statement on Saturday, Karayalcin said that they were very pleased with the YSK's decision allowing the SHP to join the local elections to be held on March 28, 2004, after a compromise was reached with the Supreme Court of Appeals Chief Prosecutor's Office.
Karayalcin called on all leftist political parties to come together under the same roof.
