ANKARA - Turkey plans to reduce costs and use public resources efficiently in 2004.
Prime Ministry Undersecretary Omer Dincer told a press conference on Friday in which he said that Turkey planned to reduce costs and use public resources efficiently in 2004.
Dincer expressed belief that costs would reduce at great extent if public officials spent public resources as if they were spending their own money.
Undersecretaries of all ministries met and launched a project on efficient use of resources and reduction of costs in public services, Dincer said.
