ANKARA - Pakistani Parliament Speaker Amir Hussain and an accompanying delegation will pay an official visit to Turkey between January 5 and 9 as the guest of Parliament Speaker Bulent Arinc.
Pakistani delegation will come to Istanbul on January 5 and then proceed to Ankara and visit Ataturk's Mausoleum on January 6.
Following the meeting of Arinc and Hussain on January 6, parliamentary delegations of two countries will hold official meetings. Pakistani delegation will meet with the members of Turkey-Pakistan Interparliamentary Friendship Group the same day. Hussain will visit Parliamentary Foreign Affairs Commission Chairman Mehmet Dulger and Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Hussain and accompanying delegation will be received by President Ahmet Necdet Sezer on January 7 and they will visit historical and touristic places of Istanbul on January 8. The delegation will depart from Turkey on January 9.
