STOCKHOLM - Members of the Turkish parliamentary commission on foreign affairs completed their contacts in Sweden and will leave for Turkey on Wednesday.
The committee that includes MPs from Justice and Development Party (AKP) and Republican People`s Party (CHP) met Swedish Development Aid Minister Gunilla Carlsson in Stockholm today.
The commission paid a visit to the head of Swedish parliamentary foreign affairs commission, Goran Lennmarker and the commission members.
Turkish committee also met former Swedish Ambassador to Turkey and Chairperson of International Department of the Swedish Parliament Ann Dismorr, Chairman of Parliamentary Committee on EU Affairs Bjorn Hamilton and members of the committee.
The MPs held talks with Swedish Parliament Speaker Per Westerberg and are expected to leave for Turkey tomorrow afternoon.
