DOGUBAYAZIT - The six trucks carrying humanitarian aid sent by Turkish Red Crescent to Iran proceeded to the Iranian side from Gurbulak border gate.
The aid convoy which was sent from Ankara on Dec. 26 following the earthquake in Iran, proceeded to this country on Sunday night.
Iranian officials welcomed the convoy saying ''we thank a lot to our Turkish friends who didn't forget us.''
There are 110 packages of medical equipment, 1000 packages of food stuff, 3000 body bags, 14 generators, 7500 blankets, 400 tents and 3000 kitchen sets in the aid convoy.
