NATIONAL-100 INDEX DROPS TO 17,643.74 WITH A DECREASE OF 350.76 POINTS

ISTANBUL - The Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB) National-100 Index in Thursday's second session decreased 350.76 points to 17,643.74 and shares lost 1.95 percent in value when compared with prices at the close of previous first session.
At the close of the second session, the financial index dropped 494.98 points to 24,033.77, the industrial index decreased 287.73 points to 15,604.17 and the services index fell 216.04 points to 9,555.67.
The financial shares lost 2.02 percent in value, the industrial shares lost 1.81 percent in value and the services shares lost 2.21 percent in value.
A total of 255 of the 291 shares lost in value, 21 shares gained in value, and the price of 15 shares remained unchanged.
The trading volume in the second session was 596.2 trillion Turkish liras (TL), and daily trading volume was 1 quadrillion 184.5 trillion (TL).
