TIRANA - The decision about Kosovo's final status should be made by taking into consideration the views of the majority, and this decision should take into guarantee the rights of the minority living in Kosovo, said Turkish Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul.
Holding a press conference at the Turkish Embassy in Albanian capital of Tirana, Gul indicated that Turkish minority in Kosovo and the Albanians living there should be in solidarity.
Gul noted that extreme nationalism makes everybody feel uneasy from time to time, adding that the Albanians who represent the majority should be more careful.
FM Gul was later received by Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha.
