LEFKOSA - President Mehmet Ali Talat of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) plans to pay a visit to former leader of Greek Cypriots Glafkos Klerides who is currently under treatment in a hospital because of bronchitis.
TRNC Presidency spokesman Hasan Ercakica said today, "the President intends to pay a visit to Klerides but this visit is up to Klerides's state of health. Details will become clear in the coming days," he noted.
Glafkos Klerides paid a visit to Talat at the TRNC Presidential Palace when Talat was elected the president.
