KOCAELI - Kocaeli Acting Governor Celalettin Ozdal said that two people died and two others were wounded in an explosion at Turkish Oil Refineries Corp. (Tupras) facilities in northwestern city of Izmit.
Ozdal told the A.A that the explosion took place when INNOSPEC company's workers were dismantling and clearing a tetraethyl tank, stating that two workers of South African origin died in the blast.
He added that two others who were wounded in the explosion were hospitalized.
