ISTANBUL - President Mehmet Ali Talat of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) arrived in Istanbul on Thursday.
Talat will meet reporters at a breakfast, and then attend Marmara Group meeting to give a conference on recent developments in Cyprus.
