GAZIANTEP - Exports of textiles from the Southeastern Anatolia Project region (GAP) increased 32 percent from 387 million 897 thousand U.S. dollars to 512 million 967 thousand U.S. dollars in January-November period of 2003.
Meanwhile, exports of carpets rose 59 percent from 117 million 23 thousand U.S. dollars to 186 million 167 thousand U.S. dollars in the first eleven months of the year.
