Law That Brings Inflation Regulation In Taxation Adopted

ANKARA - The law that brought inflation regulation to taxation which is also known as ''inflation accounting system'' was adopted in parliament on Wednesday.
The law will enter into force on April 1, 2004.
Under the new law, tax payers who keep tax rolls will have the right to regulate their taxes (meaning they could decrease their tax payment) according the inflation rate if the necessary conditions are met.
