Istanbul Stock Exchange First Session

NATIONAL-100 INDEX RISES TO 17,420.75 WITH AN INCREASE OF 10.75 POINTS

ISTANBUL - The Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB) National-100 Index in Tuesday's first session increased 10.75 points to 17,420.75 and shares gained 0.06 percent in value when compared with prices at the close of previous second session.
At the close of the first session, the financial index decreased 24.17 points to 23,967.90, the industrial index rose 20.83 points to 15,306.54 and the services index climbed 117.86 points to 9,175.04.
The financial shares lost 0.10 percent in value, the industrial shares gained 0.14 percent in value and the services shares gained 1.30 percent in value.
A total of 168 of the 285 shares gained in value, 58 shares lost in value and the price of 59 shares remained unchanged.
The trading volume was 494.9 trillion Turkish liras.
