Turkey Obtains An Income Of $353.2 Million Through Exports Of Hazelnut

TRABZON - Turkey obtained an income of 353.2 million U.S. dollars through hazelnut export on the 15th week of the export season.
According to figures of Black Sea Hazelnut and Products Exporters' Association, Turkey gained 353 million 281 thousand 275 U.S. dollars by exporting 99 thousand 18 tones of hazelnut in the 15th week of 2003-2004 season that started on September 1.
In the same period of the previous season, Turkey had exported 136 thousand 273 tones of hazelnut and obtained an income of 304 million 857 thousand 338 U.S. dollars.
