All State Institutions To Lower Flags Till Sunset

ANKARA - All state institutions throughout Turkey will lower the flags till sunset out of respect to former President Haydar Aliyev of Azerbaijan, who passed away on December 12, 2003.
On behalf of Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Protocol Director General Dogan Akdur sent an official document to the relevant institutions on Monday to lower the flags from 09.00 a.m. to the sunset.
