ASHKHABAD - President Saparmurat Turkmenbasi of Turkmenistan received on Saturday Zorlu Holding Executive Board Chairman Ahmet Nazif Zorlu and Norsel International Limited Company Chairman Ibrahim Koluk.
Turkmenbasi said that he was very pleased with Turkish businessmen who made investments in his country.
Zorlu informed Turkmenbasi about textile facility whose foundation was laid in Ashkhabad on October 27.
Textile complex which costs 179 million U.S. dollars and which has the capacity of employing 3 thousand people, is comprised of two units. Its first unit will begin to serve on February 19, 2005 and its second unit will be opened on October 27, 2005.
