Members Of Turkish Parliamentary Union In T.R.N.C.

LEFKOSA - A delegation of Turkish Parliamentary Union came to Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) on Friday to monitor general election to be held on Sunday.
The delegation headed by Turkish Parliamentary Union Chairman Zeki Celiker and comprised of former parliamentarians held a press conference in TRNC.
Celiker said that election to take place in TRNC on Sunday would have important results which would affect future of TRNC.
Turkish Cypriots were tried to be left without a state and leader, Celiker noted.
Celiker underlined that all those efforts were intrigues to deprive Turkey of strategic importance of Cyprus.
Giving up vested rights just for European Union (EU) membership could not be accepted, Celiker stated.
Celiker added that they would continue to support national case of TRNC.
