BRUSSELS - Germany, which holds rotating EU term presidency, said that they were shocked by assassination of Hrant Dink, editor-in-chief of bilingual Turkish-Armenian weekly Agos.
A statement released by Germany noted that Dink who showed that he was ready to take any risk with his works was a brave person.
It added that they believed that Turkish executives would solve this murder as soon as possible.
On the other hand, Canadian Embassy in Ankara noted that they felt deed sad over killing of Dink, who was a prominent journalist and defender of human rights.
