Gendarmerie Capture 46 Foreigners

EDIRNE - Gendarme forces captured on Thursday 46 foreigners who were travelling illegally in Meric town of northwestern Edirne province.
Acting on a tip-off, gendarme forces stopped a lorry and two cars and detained 32 Bangladeshis, 9 Iraqis, 3 Moroccan and 2 Iranians who wanted to sneak into Greece.
Gendarme forces also took into custody three Turks who were guiding the foreigners.
Foreigners will be deported following legal proceedings while the Turks were transferred to the Prosecutor's Office.
