ANKARA - Foreign Ministry Spokesman Huseyin Dirioz Thursday condemned suicide attack which happened in Moscow on Tuesday.
Replying a question, Dirioz said, ''as we reiterated many times, we have the belief that terrorism would not bring solution to any problem.''
Dirioz said, ''we are sorry to learn that Russia was exposed to a new terrorist attack and that there were casualties as a result of the explosions in Moscow on December 9.''
Dirioz said, ''we condemn this hateful attack which is the gravest human rights violation targeting innocent people. We express our condolences for those who lost their lives in the attacks and wish speedy recovery to those who were wounded.''
Dirioz said Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul, who met with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Razov on Tuesday, expressed regret over the attacks in Moscow.
