NATIONAL-100 INDEX DROPS TO 16,614.74 WITH A DECREASE OF 71.38 POINTS
ISTANBUL - The Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB) National-100 Index in Wednesday's second session decreased 71.38 points to 16,614.74 and shares lost 0.43 percent in value when compared with prices at the close of previous first session.
At the close of the second session, the financial index decreased 125.10 points to 22,673.59, the industrial index decreased 45.35 points to 14,778.95 and the services index decreased 27.69 points to 8,760.03.
The financial shares lost 0.55 percent in value, the industrial shares lost 0.31 percent in value and the services shares lost 0.32 percent in value.
A total of 176 of the 290 shares lost in value, 52 shares gained in value, and the price of 62 shares remained unchanged.
The trading volume in the second session was 396.5 trillion Turkish liras (TL), and daily trading volume was 752.99 quadrillion (TL).
