NATIONAL-100 INDEX REDUCES TO 16,686.12 WITH A DECREASE OF 174.89 POINTS

ISTANBUL - The Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB) National-100 Index in Wednesday's first session decreased 174.89 points to 16,686.12 and shares lost 1.04 percent in value when compared with prices at the close of previous second session.
At the close of the first session, the financial index decreased 206.65 points to 22,798.69, the industrial index decreased 148.68 points to 14,824.30 and the services index reduced 84.83 points to 8,787.72.
The financial shares lost 0.90 percent in value, the industrial shares lost 0.99 percent in value and the services shares lost 0.96 percent in value.
A total of 126 of the 286 shares lost in value, 76 shares gained in value and the price of 84 shares remained unchanged.
The trading volume was 356.4 trillion Turkish liras.
