BERLIN - German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said that Turkey and Russia would play a key role in Europe in the future.
Speaking at a meeting hosted by the Allianz Culture Foundation, Steinmeier said that the EU should give priority to further development of its relations both with Turkey and Russia.
He said that Turkey could constitute a bridge for the Arab countries.
Highlighting economic relations with Turkey and Russia, Steinmeier added that those two countries would play a key role in the future.
