ISTANBUL - A Turkish Airlines (THY) passenger plane skidded off the runway in Norwegian capital of Oslo due to icy runway on Saturday, THY executives said.
THY executives noted that the plane, which was flying from Turkish metropolis of Istanbul to Oslo, skidded off the runway after landing and on its way to the parking area.
156 passengers of the plane were evacuated safely.
Another plane is being sent from Istanbul to bring the passengers from Oslo to Turkey.
