Turkey Obtains An Income Of $331.8 Million Through Exports Of Hazelnut

TRABZON - Turkey obtained an income of 331 million 864 thousand U.S. dollars through hazelnut export on the 14th week of the export season.
According to figures of Black Sea Hazelnut and Products Exporters' Association, Turkey gained 331 million 864 thousand U.S. dollars by exporting 93 thousand 202 tones of hazelnut in the 14th week of 2003-2004 season that started on September 1.
In the same period of the previous season, Turkey had exported 132 thousand 821 tons of hazelnut and obtained an income of 296 million 989 thousand U.S. dollars.
