Gen. Ozkok In Albania

TIRANA - Chief of General Staff Gen. Hilmi Ozkok came to Tirana, Albania on Tuesday for a two-day official visit.
Gen. Ozkok met with Albanian Chief of General Staff Gen. Pellumb Qazimi the same day. Cooperation in military field was taken up during the meeting.
Gen. Ozkok who also met with Albanian Defense Minister Pandeli Majko, said that the assistance of Turkish Armed Forces to Albanian Armed Forces would continue. Turkey will extend support to continuation of modernization projects of Pasalimani military base and Kucova airport and extend support in logistics, training and medical fields.
Gen. Ozkok who also met with Albanian Prime Minister Fatos Nano, will be received by Albanian President Alfred Moisiu on Wednesday.
