NATIONAL-100 INDEX DROPS TO 16,861.01 WITH A DECREASE OF 80.12 POINTS

ISTANBUL - The Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB) National-100 Index in Tuesday's second session decreased 80.12 points to 16,861.01 and shares lost 0.47 percent in value when compared with prices at the close of previous first session.
At the close of the second session, the financial index decreased 83.23 points to 23,005.34, the industrial index decreased 76.27 points to 14,972.98 and the services index decreased 54.82 points to 8,872.55.
The financial shares lost 0.36 percent in value, the industrial shares lost 0.51 percent in value and the services shares lost 0.61 percent in value.
A total of 65 of the 290 shares gained in value, 154 shares lost in value, and the price of 71 shares remained unchanged.
The trading volume in the second session was 615.4 trillion Turkish liras (TL), and daily trading volume was 1.38 quadrillion (TL).
