ANKARA - Finance Minister Kemal Unakýtan had a meeting on Monday with the IMF delegation about unregistered economy.
Finance Ministry Undersecretary Hasan Basri Aktan, IMF Turkey Representative Odd Per Brekk, Income Director General Osman Arýoglu and other bureaucrats attended the meeting.
Speaking to reporters after the meeting, Unakýtan said that they requested a delegation from IMF to help the government about unregistered economy and IMF accepted that.
Noting that a report would be prepared as a result of those studies, Unakýtan said that ''I guess the report will be submitted to us until November 19. We'll assess it.''
IMF delegation which also met with State Minister Ali Babacan the same day is expected to stay for two weeks in Turkey.
