U.S. Undersecretary Of State Department Grossman Due In Turkey

ANKARA - U.S. Undersecretary of State Department Marc Grossman for Political Affairs will come to Ankara on Tuesday.
Diplomatic sources said on Saturday that Grossman would be received by Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul and meet with Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Ugur Ziyal.
Following his meetings in Ankara, Grossman will proceed to Istanbul and visit blast sites in Istanbul with a delegation of counter-terrorism experts and receive information.
Grossman is expected to proceed to Russia after his meetings in Turkey.
Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Ugur Ziyal, who had paid a visit to the United States a while ago, made a statement in Washington in which he said that they held one of political consultations between foreign ministries of two countries that took place once in three or four months.
Ziyal added that those consultations would continue during Grossman's visit to Turkey.
