ANKARA - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs offered condolences to relatives of people who died in suicide attack on a commuter train in Stavropol region of Chechnya.
Releasing a statement on Friday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that they learnt the incident with sadness that many people died and were injured in suicide bombing on a commuter train on the way between Kislovodsk and Mineralnye Vody provinces of Stavropol region in the south of Russian Federation.
The statement noted that Turkey harshly condemned every kind of terrorist action irrespective of its aim and perpetrators and believed that no solution could be found to any problem though terrorism.
It added that Turkey offered its condolences to relatives of people who died and expressed quick recovery to injured people in this attack.
