Istanbul Stock Exchange First Session

NATIONAL-100 INDEX RISES TO 16,303.28 WITH AN INCREASE OF 31.42 POINTS

ISTANBUL - The Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB) National-100 Index in Friday's first session increased 31.42 points to 16,303.28 and shares gained 0.19 percent in value when compared with prices at the close of previous second session.
At the close of the first session, the financial index increased 2.71 points to 21,888.84, and the services index fell 11.76 points to 8.748.44 while and the industrial index climbed 80.54 points to 14,746.98.
The financial shares gained 0.01 percent in value, and the services shares lost 0.13 percent in value while the industrial shares gained 0.55 percent in value.
A total of 62 of the 285 shares lost in value, 153 shares gained in value and the price of 70 shares remained unchanged.
The trading volume was 227.7 trillion Turkish liras.
