NATIONAL-100 INDEX DECREASES TO 16,271.86 WITH A DECREASE OF 275.60 POINTS

ISTANBUL - The Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB) National-100 Index in Thursday's second session decreased 275.60 points to 16,271.86 and shares decreased 1.67 percent in value when compared with prices at the close of previous first session.
At the close of the second session, the financial index decreased 497.96 points to 21,886.13, the industrial index decreased 108.32 points to 14,666.44 and the services index fell 133.58 points to 8,760.20.
The financial shares lost 2.22 percent in value, the industrial shares lost 0.73 percent in value and the services shares lost 1.50 percent in value.
A total of 54 of the 291 shares gained in value, 189 shares lost in value, and the price of 48 shares remained unchanged.
The trading volume in the second session was 702.8 trillion Turkish liras (TL), and daily trading volume was 1 quadrillion 333.5 trillion (TL).
