ANKARA - Turkish parliament adopted Thursday a regulation which allows Turkish universities to open joint associate, graduate and post-graduate programs within universities abroad.
Turkish students can enroll in the programs after they score high enough in the university entrance exam and pay their tuition.
Students who would apply to the programs should also meet the requirements of the partner university and have good command of the language they are to use.
