EDIRNE - Yanka Tateva, the leader of Bulgarian Teachers Trade Union and accompanying 11 unionists came to Edirne on Wednesday to sign cooperation protocol with Turkish Teachers Trade Union (Egitim-Sen) on Thursday.
Egitim-Sen chairman Suayip Ozcan told A.A that cooperation would not only be limited to Bulgaria, adding their contacts with Turkish Republics and various countries of Europe continued.
Tateva said that a good dialogue started between the two trade unions, adding ''we will produce common projects with Egitim-Sen, we'll share new things in education systems. We will convey the developments in EU to each other. We also want to start sister-school initiative between Turkish and Bulgarian schools. Both trade unions will launch efforts to increase the quality of education systems in their countries.''
Bulgarian unionists will also visit historical and cultural places of the city.
