NATIONAL-100 INDEX REDUCES TO 16,179.93 WITH A DECREASE OF 62.07 POINTS

ISTANBUL - The Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB) National-100 Index in Wednesday's first session decreased 62.07 points to 16,179.93 and shares lost 0.38 percent in value when compared with prices at the close of previous second session.
At the close of the first session, the financial index decreased 135.81 points to 21,789.39, and the services index fell 31.68 points to 8.820.06 while and the industrial index climbed 23.81 points to 14,501.59.
The financial shares lost 0.62 percent in value, and the services shares lost 0.36 percent in value while the industrial shares gained 0.16 percent in value.
A total of 137 of the 285 shares lost in value, 74 shares lost in value and the price of 74 shares remained unchanged.
The trading volume was 287.7 trillion Turkish liras.
