NATIONAL-100 INDEX RISES TO 16,242.00 WITH AN INCREASE OF 30.80 POINTS

ISTANBUL - The Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB) National-100 Index in Tuesday's second session increased 30.80 points to 16,242.00 and shares increased 0.19 percent in value when compared with prices at the close of previous first session.
At the close of the second session, the financial index increased 9.75 points to 21,925.20, the industrial index increased 95.37 points to 14,447.78 and the services index decreased 51.04 points to 8,851.74.
The financial shares gained 0.04 percent in value, the industrial shares gained 0.66 percent in value and the services shares lost 0.57 percent in value.
A total of 85 of the 291 shares lost in value, 114 shares gained in value, and the price of 92 shares remained unchanged.
The trading volume in the second session was 487.4 trillion Turkish liras (TL), and daily trading volume was 873.4 trillion (TL).
