ANKARA - The minimum wage has been set as net 341,56 YTL and gross 476,70 YTL for workers under age of 16 as of January 1st, 2007.
Minimum Wage Fixing Commission which convened under leadership of Labor & Social Security Minister Murat Basesgioglu set the amount of minimum wages on Tuesday.
Minimum wage will be net 352,09 YTL and gross 491,40 YTL for workers under age of 16 as of July 1st, 2007.
Minimum wage will be net 403,03 YTL in the first half and 419,15 YTL for the second half of 2007 for workers over age of 16.
