ISTANBUL - Turkish Economy Bank (TEB) signed a framework agreement with Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) to get a loan of 3.7 billion JPY.
In a written statement from TEB, it was stressed that JBIC would offer long-term financing opportunities to Turkish companies for their import activities from Japan concerning investment goods.
Noting that the loan will be used by Turkish importers with 3 different currency units for financing such goods, the statement also declared that the amount of credits provided to Turkey by JBIC exceeded 25 billion JPY thanks to this cooperation.
