ISTANBUL - Dexia Participation Belgique S.A`s shares in Denizbank A.S.`s total capital rose up to 98,8855 percent from 74,9982 percent.
In a written statement from Deniz Investment A.S., it was reminded that a call had been made to public in order to enable Denizbank`s shares to be purchased by Dexia.
Noting that the call conducted by Deniz Investment A.S. has ended on December 22nd 2006, it was stressed in the statement that 374 shareholders representing 23.8 percent (with a nominal value of nearly 53 million USD) of Denizbank`s shares have attended the call and Belgique S.A`s shares in Denizbank A.S.`s total capital rose up to 98,8855 percent.
